Badimaya Land Rights Facebook Group
Group Information;
WARNING: Some images in this group may be of people who have passed away.
Badimia Land Rights is a closed group [subject to Administration approval for membership] which has been formed in opposition to the Native Title Act of 1993 & to the 10 point plan implemented by John Howard.
This group seeks to show the truth of dispossession and many genuine concerns regarding land and cultural rights to the United Nations.
Original Sovereign rights are what we hold inside each of ourselves, for ourselves and those we care most about.
In making this group myself and my family aim to form our own Unilateral Declaration of Independence (UDI) from the Australian colonial state.
These actions for self-determination are relational (meaning they relate to family/land/water/creatures/lore/future generations) and not survivalist(get what you can before it's too late).
We don't need a Queen or a King to be sovereign over our actions in order to 'survive' anyone or thing.
We are not like those who have lost their lore willingly for money and power.
We are not like those that make fear in others so that they consume more nor are we afraid of anyone to do the same to ourselves.
We aren't slack, mean or seeking out conflict to better ourselves in any way because we know the lore is strong with us and can be for future generations.
Elders have always been our guides and guardians on the track with our lore. As free people on our own land we know what is right for us. We respect our elders because they are our teachers so that we one day can teach future generations in whatever capacity.
This group seeks a Republic for the Badimaya Nation or Nations within the whole.
To protect Badimaya heritage sites, languages & dialects, environment, lore and information for future generations free from the 'Australian' colonial empire.
This is a sovereignty group pure and simple.
There will be no debate on Native Title as being a genuine or just recourse towards freedom.
Internationally, Native Title has been found to misrepresent, racially discriminate and commit cultural genocide against Badimaya people both at the United Nation and in the international criminal court at the Hague.
